Question Outlook folder sync with BB using USB cable

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I'm a brand new Blackberry user and I have a few questions regarding Outlook synchronization.
My device is a corporate one, protected with specific security policies, connected to an Exchange mail system through a BES.

By default, only the 'inbox' and 'sent items' folders are forwarded to my BB which is fine for me.
However, I would like to know if there is a way to grab my mails stored in various folder using BB Desktop Manager ?
Since I have several Exchange rules, many informations mail do not stay in my inbox (which is fine when I'm out of my desk). However, I would like to be able to get them in the correct folders when I plug my BB using a USB connection to my desktop PC.
I'm using BB Desktop manager 4.7 but I couldn't find any options relative to that concern.
I saw that I could grab online various folder, but this is not what I want.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

only if you are on a BES or using re-diretor.

Sort of. BB's don't sync email so DM won't sync your email, as already stated.

However, in DM (or on the BB itself) you can edit the folder redirection settings. Check the folders you want redirected. As you've noticed, only the inbox and sent items are redirected by default.

Thank you takeshi,

Your solution is not exactly the one I was looking for.
I was hoping it would be possible, once a USB connection is performed, to be able to copy the content of specific folders to my BB. As explained before, there are many folders that will receive email (thanks to Exchange rules) I don't want to be notified when I'm out of my desk.

Default .

You need a windows mobile device then.

Unless you get a Blackberry Professional Server (1-30 user BEServer), the 1st user is free. With the desktop version you cannot do it at all.
