The best way is to plug your BB into your Mac via USB and use drag-and-drop to put songs into the Music folder on your memory card.
If you want to use Bluetooth, it will be slower, you have to pair the BB to the Mac first, and then you have to go into the Media app on the BB and tell it to "Receive Using Bluetooth" before you begin the file transfer. Then you have to manually accept each song, one by one, as they get sent to your BB. And the file transfer must be initiated by your Mac. You cannot browse your Mac from your BlackBerry to find the files you want. That's the "doesn't have the necessary services" thing. Generally, for one small file (like a background wallpaper) Bluetooth is great. But for anything else a physical connection over USB is better.
Remember: DRM copy-protected music will not play on your BlackBerry.
