Hello, I have a problem...
My BB Bold worked perfectly, but then I connected it to my computer (did this before, not the first time), to send a picture to a friend of mine.
After that my BB doesn't recognize any form of media, al my music, pictures and video's aren't findable on my BB. Even if I ad new songs, or take pictures they don't show up.

The media isn't gone, because when I connect the BB with my PC I can still see al the music/photo-files...

A really weird case, I hope someone can help me

Not having much detail, start with the basics.

Is your OS current? Is your Desktop Manager updated?

Also had the same problem dude, ur files are just hidden..Go to media > explore > media card > show hidden > blackberry. And i think u should find them all there.ur music might be under ringtones though.

yes, they are both updated...

@AyaV, thanks for the tip... When I do what you say, I can indeed still see all my pictures/video/music, but the "Show hidden" button doesn't change the fact that I can't see it when I search for my media in the regular media section..

Very irritating and frustrating problem
