Hi Admins,

I'm in a bit of a pickle, clearly - ergo, I am unable to access the BAS web console.
I have followed articles KB22249, KB20563 and KB18175 with no luck. I am running Java 6 update 18 on BES 5.0.3.31.
BAS-AS_err log file is blank. This is what is in my BAS-AS logs:

So I checked the registry and found that the following parts were missing in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\BlackBerry Collaboration Service
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\ Wow6432Node\Apache Software Foundation\Procrun 2.0\BBMonitoringConsole\Parameters\Java
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Apache Software Foundation\Procrun 2.0\BBMonitoringConsole\Parameters\Java

How do I go about resolving this? I'm not certain it will resolve the problem.

its not for BES 5 but maybe it can fix it
KB35102-BlackBerry Administration Service doesn't stay started after Maintenance Release 2 upgrade
