Ok, so this morning, I was listening to music on my phone and i could see all my pictures and everything just fine, then the next time i wanted to listen to my music, my songs wouldn't play.

Then when i turned off my phone, then turned it back on, the "Disk error checking utility..." message came on!

This has happened to me before and since i didn't know how to fix it, I had lost all of my media!

Now, I tried taking out the battery, then media card and turning my phone on and off.
I also plugged in my phone to my computer and there are no signs of my pictures/music/videos anywhere
I tried going to my computer > properties > tools > check for error... and NOTHING! :(

I reeaaaallly do not want to lose all of my pictures again.

Please help :(

Try reading your SD card with a card reader or something similar to see if that is alright. My guess would be that the card was not set properly or slipped
