For some reason, I cannot access my browser on my Pearl. The phone states I am using GSM, but I cannot figure out how to change it. I worked with an AT&T CSR last night, but he couldn't figure it out. I can receive calls and send SMS messages. Sometimes, I cannot make outbound calls.

Any idea?
