First off: your initial post offers little detail.
Second, we are volunteers We're not paid to be here. Be patient. It is common forum courtesy to give a post 24 hours to get an answer before "bumping" your post (and sending private messages to moderators complaining that no one has answered your post )

Do this: Remove the Media Card from the device

Also, remove any third party themes from the devices
As well, don't load any third party applications.

So, do the re-install of the software again, following the above advice... on the install, don't let any third party applications load.

Is the Media Card still removed?

Try this, also remove the SIM card now, and leave it out for now. Does the device reboot and stay running?

ok, I would recommend you drop back down to the 4.6 OS.

Delete/Remove the 5.0 OS from your PC at Control Panel > Add Remove programs.

and then install and load the 4.6 OS.

Coming, yes I would expect so.

Soon? I have no idea.

I really really suspect your issue lies with a third party theme or application loaded to your device which was not compatible with OS 5.

I do not have your device in my hand to check and see, and while I know you said you didn't load any third party apps... I just wonder.

I'm not entirely sure if I'm allowed to do this but try reading this thread. Note that it isn't from blackberryforums, but from forum.crackberry.com.

yeria, the difference is that this device is not dead, just rebooting.

@Rashid -- just downgrade the OS back to the former OS then, which worked ok.

Default Bold restart itself after upgradin OS from 4.6 to 5.0.0.411

I exactly have the same problem. My BB Bold reboots if it's not plugged to charger. Problem started after 5.0 update. I will downgrade now. If anyone finds a solution pls pls share it.

I had been using 5.0 for a while; there was occassionall self-reboot.

Yesterday afternoon, it suddenly went into a continuous loop of self-reboots every few minutes. Hard reboot did not solve the problem.

In the end I had no choice back to revert back to 4.6. No self reboot since the downgrade.
