Did you read the rules? One is the OS or device must have been promised for 2010 and not released. OS6 was released in 2010. Rim never did promise the remainder of the BBxxx8217;s would have it this year. The individual who wrote the complaint, skylar, is just offering his opinion of the release time.

the famed new BlackBerry operating system which made its less than steller debut on the Torch 9800 this year has been promised time and time again by RIM to arrive for the "rest of you" around the fall. We're almost at x-mas and other than the BlackBerry 9780 & Blackberry Style all other BlackBerry owners are stuck in rumor fueled purgatory awaiting RIM to finally unleash BlackBerry users into the future(which of course is till the far past compared to Android and IOS)."
