Default Serious noob desktop manager question.

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a standalone program for managing my BB info (contacts, calendar, memo, etc)?

Kind of like the Palm Desktop for my old Treo. A program just for managing info to synch with my BB. I don't want to install Outlook (or any other weird program that I've never used like Lotus Notes or whatever) just so I can manage contacts on my PC for my BB.

Sorry for the noob question. Also, if you're in the mood, check out my other question about BB Desktop Manager crashing.

I just bought a curve from ATT and like to set things up RIGHT from the start and am having a HE*L of a time.

Thanks all.

No, there isn't.

Outlook would be the easiest and best way to manage your PIM functions from your PC.

Well that sucks.

I use Gmail, and think Outlook is by and large a piece of junk (that I have to use at work). I would hate to install this huge and clunky program on my home pc just to be able to add a few phone numbers to my 3310.

I can't believe some programmers out there haven't made the simple, elegant program I'm looking for.
