I have a user who upgraded from a 9000 to a 9700 (v5.0.0.351) today. Used newest version of Desktop Manager and switch device wizard, everything moved fine to the new device. However, she would like to change the message border color she had set on her 9000, and the option is no longer there on the 9700. Used to be under security settings, you could change your message border to a bunch of different colors. I've been through every menu on the new device and I cannot find the option to change or remove it. Now she's stuck with magenta messages and for the life of me I can't get it to go away. Worst case scenario I'll switch her back to the 9000, set the border to white, then switch to the 9700 again. However, I would obviously like to avoid all that hassle. Has anyone else run into this? Is there a solution?

Settings > Options > Security Options > Information > Message Outline Colors > Enterprise Messages

This particular device is not activated on an enterprise server, it uses BIS mail only. It is working correctly other than this issue. I have re-registered the host routing table, I have wiped and reloaded it, I have stared angrily at it.
