I have a pair. Takes some getting used to with the earbud part ( no different than the Bold's stock ear buds)
Sound quality is great, battery is good too. I've read that they don't like sweat very much (complaints about people who have used em at the gym and had problems)
I've been looking for some decent BT headphones myself and my wife got me the Motorola S9 for Christmas. I'll hold on to the reciept because I mainly wanted to use them for the gym and I've been hearing reviews that if you sweat on the buttons which would lay on the back of your head you could endure some button malfunctioning. Motorola does have a improved version which is all Black (S9 HD) and the buttons are on the side near your ear and looks like they are sealed buttons also the soud quality on the new model is supposed to be much better. If you get a chance look at the upgraded model S9 HD. Oh, and also I read that you can listen to phone calls in both ears now versus with the older S9 it was only on one ear...
Have used for quite awhile.Have'nt used a wired set since I've owned the S9'
Sweat has not been a problem and they stay put through all kinds of abusive environments. YES they do allow phone calls but not comparable to my Jawbone. The new version reviews to be improved but I have not justified the cost to upgrade. Their biggest advantage is no other product (yet) comes close.
"Making and Receiving Calls
Your S9 allows you to make and receive phone calls
from your Bluetooth phone.
Note: While on a call, sound is heard only in the left
speaker.
Note: When placing or receiving calls, music playing
from a Bluetooth music source is automatically
paused. When the call is finished, music playing is
resumed."
There's more but that should suffice. I think MOTO is more into selling these for music workouts than as a speaker-phone alternative.
