Sorry to hear you still have problems, if you have a competitive app loaded then that indeed will conflict so it's probably that.
If you want a refund then you'll have to contact App World as it's sold by them and also given that over 1500 users have it working fine it's obviously not an issue with the software itself but all the best in worrying about a couple of dollars .. it's cost a load more to produce it than it's made so it'll be the last time I bother producing an app I can tell you.

It sounds like you are out of memory/file space on the device either because your settings for UnDelete are keeping too many deleted items or other software is using the space.
Try going into UnDelete and emptying the deleted items in all folders (emails, contacts, calendar, etc) and then for a battery pull again. If there is still an issue check the status of the device to see how much memory is free and then check out other software that maybe using the space.
