Hi,
For some reason my keyboard shortcuts won't work, and yes I've checked a million times to make sure my "call from homepage" is set to NO. I've rebooted and it still won't work. If I hold down "f" to get to profiles, it just says "Assign a Speed Dial to the F key?". Aghhhhhhh!

Karen, don't HOLD it down, tap it once and release. F for Profiles, B for Browser, etc. Hold down to dial the speed dial # if you have one assigned, tap for shortcuts.

yea you don't want to hold it down but what theme are you using as well? Sometimes certain themes don't have the shortcuts so just try a different theme.
