When I play something from Youtube, the sound is very faint, eenm though I think Ive got it turned up to the highest point? Is this normal?

Are you using the mobile website, a player app, or what? If an app, is there a volume setting on the app? Have you tried a battery pull?

its a youtube app ... it came installed with the bb when i bought it.
i cant find any volume adjustment thing on it, and ive got the bb's own volume button set as high as it will go.. its not as if theres no sound ... its very very faint.

Play an audo or video file and make sure it's not the device. Use one of the demo media files if you have to.

Also try m.youtube.com with the blackberry browser.

BTW, I have better luck loading videos with the YouTube app than with the browser.

Not sure why that is.

The youtube app could use much improvement,in fact,I would be ashamed to call it an app...its a shortcut homescreen icon.
