Hello,

I have the Storm 9500 running on AT&T. By far, the best phone I've owned.

BUT...

I have been having some issues with my touchscreen. If I don't use if for an extended period of time (like over night) when I try to use it...it doesn't respond, or I touch one part of the screen and it thinks I'm touching something else on the screen. It also will not respond to the clicks.

But so far the only thing that has resolved this is a battery pull, then it works fine.

Also something I'm noticing is when the screen it acting up...the back light doesn't dim.

Has anybody else have this issue and how did you go about resolving it?

hi there,

i m also facing the same problem similar to you,
my problem is when try to dial number( dial pad ) the screen shows three tabs(Dial pad, Call logs, Contacts) up above...
these tab dosent work dial pad and call logs...the only contact tab works but not as same as first day i bought 9500.

when i try to msg through Landscape view, the screen shows full qwerty keyboard,,looks good, but 's' and 'w' key dosent works... and i can not be able to scroll from that portion also...

somebody can tell me the solution.
what i have to do now.

Are you running 4.7 or 5.0?
