Hi there every1...
I am ready to throw my BB out the bedroom window! I cannot stop it vibrating.. I have normal profile on.
Facebook and Windows Live is off...
I have been in all the places on phone to look for it and cannot find it. I do not have my BB manual handy so can't look in there...not that its very helpful.
Please help!

Profiles. The "speaker" icon, top left of homescreen.
Scroll to advanced (i think) highlight the profile in question - menu - edit
go through each till you find the one set to vibrate and change it.

To be clear, have you clicked on the profiles (maybe labeled sounds) icon, selected edit profiles, and disabled vibration for all alerts for the given profile, and it still vibrates?

Its not my Profile thats doing it... its been every hour for ages and its getting worse.

What apps do you have installed?

WeatherBug, BerryWeather, Twitter, Facebook, stuff like that can cause alerts.

think I might have sorted it...
It was the GOAL.com App... set to vibrate. Got rid...and its sorted

Glad you got it sorted.

When I read your post, however, it truly made me laugh out loud. Not at you but at the mental image of your BlackBerry going off vibrating every time one of the teams scored a goal.

That truly would be a GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL. Just made me laugh.
