Yeah, this looks like a winner. BB features with the bigscreen/touchscreen appeal of the iPhone and Verizon's excellent 3g network. Eliminates the "problems" that ATT users are experiencing (and still are being worked on-good luck with that) with their 3g phones. It's enough to drive me back to Verizon again.

The OS looks a little skittish. Also, I hope there an on screen click or swipe that allows you to "send" your email instead of having to hit the BB button.

Otherwise, looks like a winner.

Gestures would be a great addition to the Blackberry OS. I have not seen/read too much that indicates there will be Gestures.

One more thing; do you think the phone will be released in October? And does it get released in Australia the same time as the U.S?

The release date is pretty much up to the carriers. Being that the carriers in the US and the carriers in Australia are different, I think the odds of that are very slim. Plus, the version released in the US will be CDMA, vs. Australias GSM version. I think if you are hoping to find continuity in release dates a better place to look would be at Vodaphones release date in Europe. I have never watched for phone releases in Australia, so I have no historic information to look at for comparison. As far as the plans go it will be the same as any blackberry. The question of handset pricing has been asked here a million times, and nobody knows. Lots of speculation, but no actual confirmed information.
