Hello,
I have configured the bb to use wifi when browsing, and I'm able to visit web pages (either wap format or not) with the "wifi" icon in the right up corner. The issue is that when I try to go to google.com, the browser automatically switch to GPRS WAP!! I search anything in google and then when I click on any result, the broswer again switch to wifi!!!
It is always happening, I can reproduce the scenario again, and again.

The main problem is that I'm charged to use GPRS data.

Any help! thanks a lot!!. I'm really disappointed with this issue in my devices :(. I cannot find any post on internet describing this issue.

Currently, my devices (bb 8520 curve) has OS 5.0, but the issue also happened when it had 4.6 before update.

are you typing in google by menu - go to
or are you using the google.com bookmark?
The bookmark may be setup to use GPRS as the browser.
