Wow!! The 9700 is sized just like I hoped. And with WiFI and 3G this is an instant, significant upgrade from my curve. I can't wait until ATT gets these!

There's one up for sale on eBay right now, for the bargain price of only $2500. Seller claims it's ready to ship. And to show you what a sport the seller is, he's willing to throw in free shipping.

That vid seems to prove your previous post wrong, it looked almost exactly the same size as an 8900 in that one too.

The first video I saw was a different one, and I and my girlfriend both thought it looked smaller. Maybe it was the 8520? Who knows, I guess it is about 8900 sized.

Does 3G function on the T-Mobile version of this phone in the EU or UK? Or does it slow to GPRS?

Havent worked that out yet.

You cant use a Bold (from at&T) on t-mobile US for 3G because the frequencies are different.
But as far as Im aware a Bold from t-mobile UK will work for 3G on At&T.

So, who knows until its actual specs are released.

I will assume that is a picture of your phone. You can assume that I hate you right now.

This is not a laughing matter! Ball failure is a serious condition that affects untold numbers of hapless users. Unfortunately, there is no known permanent cure for chronic ball failure (or ballitis), but temporary relief can be achieved by these users if they gently rub their balls with a damp cloth.

Caution should be taken, however, that the balls are not rubbed too vigorously or too often as a permanent reduction in ball size and performance may be seen.

Okay... maybe it is funny.

Not to be a negative nancy, but if that is infact the final build of the 9700, I'm going to be so pissy. I'll still buy it...but I'll be upset (if that makes any sense)

I have the Bold for AT&T and have the 8900 for T-Mobile (don't ask) and I absolutely hate the size of the 8900. The Bold's build is for me the best I could ask for in total size.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 7130c)

So don't buy it and keep the Bold. Seems simple enough.
