Just made my first foray into media sync etc. What's the difference between media sync and media manager?

Also, why did some albums show up grayed out and unable to be checked? I have ITunes as preferred music library, could this be why? And if so, how do I sync those songs identified with windows media player? (or maybe it's this (just saw this in help): "Audio files that contain digital rights management (DRM) technologies are not supported. If you purchase songs from the iTunes Store, only iTunes Plus versions are supported in BlackBerry® Media Sync.").


And 1000s of songs were listed under "songs" but not separated by album; any idea why? Or, is this a listing of "all" songs, those included and excluded from sync?
