Default BES 5.0 upgrade - Failed to write License Key to the database.

Hello.

I am in the midst of doing an inplace upgrade from 4.1.16 to 5.0. I got to the CAL Key and get the "Failed to write License Key to the database. Pleas check installation log." After looking at the log,

it does not seem to give any useful information. We have been running 4.1.16 pretty flawlessly and have not had any issue's with the database. The only thing I could find on Blackberry's support was KB13102 article. I was able to verify that the BESAdmin ID has everything setup properly for the BESMgmt Database, but still receive these errors.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

The CAL doesn't look like an Enterprise one - bescal?????????????. Call up RIM to verify.

I put the ????? in place of the actual CAL information. It is just a place holder so I don't put our license information all over the web.
