Shoot... I just tried deleting, waiting 5 mins, undeleting, then resending the Service Book from BES but no dice. Users can search for other users in Groupwise but their own calendars of user's outside our organization isn't searchable from the BB.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? I've assigned each user's Address Book to their BES account but they still can't lookup any entries from their Address Book, only other users in Groupwise.

I've even gone so far as the Disable and re-activate one of the phones but no dice.

What else can I try?

Have you tried subscribing to an address book?

Yes, I had this set.

I just went ahead and wiped the phones, removed their user accounts and re-added them, then re-activated their phones and that fixed it.

The only problem I'm having now is that one guy's address book is only listing about 150 out of his 400 contacts in the address book I subscribed him to.
