Really though, this might work if we send a PIN to eachother and say, "I'm downstairs in the lobby. Hawaiian shirt, tan shorts, argyle socks and sandals. Can't miss me." (No I really wont wear tan shorts...)

Have you tried asking your mobile carrier nicely? There are some promotional/incentives around especially if you're likely to incease the number of devices as a result... |

Would love to go but the bean counters won't let me (even though we have a budget surpless to get rid off before the end of the financial year). One of the guys here went last year as we were picking up an award and said it was a fantastic experience so am sulking!
