Just upgraded via phone CSR. Upgraded shipping but the CSR said no overnight. Won't be here until Tuesday.

PROBLEM! GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER! I ordered on Moday from T-Mobile. They did the whole "please confirm that you are willing to extend your contract for x months and we will record your answer for our records. . ." Everything was explained and the date of delivery was communicated.

So late yesterday, I was checking my order status on UPS.com and expected to see a tracking number with package enroute - but nodda. So I called T-Mobile and they said that everything had been collected from me but the order had not been placed. The rep appologized profusely, offered 200 minutes credit to my bill, offered to refund the express shipping charge. I had to go through it all again but this time I got a confirmation number. I might not see the phone until Monday now. :( GET A CONFIRMATION NUMBER!

Well, I just backed up the 8320 and restoring right now. We'll see how this works out. The BES will only restore 14 days so I had to do a full backup of the device to include older emails and saved messages. Then I'll reactivate on the BES.

Yeah, the 8900 is a godsend. We haven't had a new Tmo model in, what 16 months? The flip does not count...

This thing is a total joy.

OK, everything is up. Now have to deal with backing up memory card because contents are NOT visible. Might have to reformat it seems. The device is VERY fast and the screen is as good as they say. So far, loving it.

For those still trying to order here is my experience: Tried twice yesterday and twice today on business account number. Each time was told that I could not get it until Feb. 11. Tried 611 I was able to order without any problem. Should be here in three business days (Tuesday). It is great hearing how you guys like it.

don't forget to be off your phone if possible.
Also before you call dial *#06# to snag the full IMEI if needed
