Can I find out what screen version my 9900 is without taking it apart ? I.e 001 or 002 ? It was made in Hungary

No, the only way to tell is to disassemble it and take a close look. The information on component models is not available externally.

Help Please........I,ev just replaced the screen that covers the Lcd.....What A Missssssion Anyway....Now when I switched it On its Just a Black Screen????what have I done Wrong????

On the part you take off to get to the screws on the back of it it says 001 does this mean anything?

I suggest you both go find repair shops to properly fix your 9900s.
