What do you mean, "still on the Storm 2"? Are you still receiving email from those accounts? Are they accounts that you set up?

Does this help: How to add / delete email addresses - BlackBerryFAQ

I am not receiving on the device but the accounts still exist on it. I removed them on the BIS server and thought that would remove on the device itself.

Thanks

You didn't answer the question - are they accounts that you set up or or they from the previous owner of the device?

Delete from BIS, resend the service books and do a battery pull.
