What do you mean? How did you try to sign them. If you are using the JDE, there is a request signatures option in the menu and it will tell you which .cod files need a signature. So if your application gets broken up (automatically because of size constraints), you need to sign all parts. When you choose sign, this will happen automatically through the JDE..
