When i click on user's properties, BES start trying to install something 4 times and it fail with an error 1706

"Error 1706: No valid source could be found for product blackberry Enterprise Server for Exchange...."

I click cancel 4 times and finally see the properties. What may cause this problem and how to get rid of it. The BES has been completely installed and is already running.

You may want to provide some additional information - what version BES do you have, has it ever worked, what version of Exchange (including service packs), are you logging into the server with your personal logon, etc.

I'm assuming when you open the Blackberry Manager console your server is green, not red, right?

MS-Exchnage SP4, BES 4.0.28 installed last week with all services running (green)

Sounds like Windows Installer is kicking off trying to do something for the user that you are currently logged onto the server as for BES. Was this the same account that was used to install BES in the first place?
Error 1706 indicates that it cannot find the source MSI so you might need to put the CD back in or recreate the folder where the source used to be for the BES install.
