dropped calls after resetting device

My company recently pushed a new restrictive IT policy, wiped devices, and reinstalled the BB OS. Since then, I've been having horrible problems with dropped calls when I didn't have the problem before.
Is there a way to improve this outside of reinstaling software? Is there a way to update tower locations? I'm on ATT.
