How do you normally get your outlook email when you're not in the office?
Do you have Outlook Web Access ?

If so, you should be able to use BIS to integrate with your OWA account.
Before doing anything, you should check with your company IT Department to make sure this type of remote email access is permitted by your company usage policies.

I am also having trouble getting myoffice email---I have a small network. My office email is on the server in Outlook Web Access. But to get to the OWA I use remote workplace. I attempted to add the server's https address but it does not let me go there.
Any suggestions?
My IT guys are no help.

Elllen - sounds like your don't have any outside access setup for your OWA. Can you get to it through your BB broswer? If not you would have to get a VPN type app to authenticate your BB to your network before picking up your email. Echoing the sentiments about checking with your company usage policies before proceeding.

Go to your providers bis site and try to integrate it with just the email address and password. If that doesn't work then you will have to option to put the information in yourself. most pop, imap and owa will add fine, though some require more information. To get your outlook server information, open outlook (the program, not web access or express or whatever) and go to tools>email accounts>ok>change and your information should be listed on that page. IF that still doesn't work, then just make a blackberry email address and set up a hard forward.
