Default New blackberry bold icon appeared

I'm a new blackberry user. I sent a text for my Orange maps and now I have a little globe that looks like the browser icon with the number 1 beside it. So I did it again and now I have the number 2 beside the icon.

What is the icon and how do I open it?

Thanks for any help given

Welcome to the forums.

It is a browser push or WAP message.

Go to Messages > Menu Key > View Folder > Browser Push Messages and see if you have anything there. If not, check WAP messages.
