I called in and got the tracking number from the CSR. At first she told me that I had only "pre-ordered" the phone, and that it will not ship until the 11th. Then I said "but I'm a business customer" (although I'm not, unless BES service makes me a business customer), and she said "Oh, you're right. Let me check". Then she gave me my UPS tracking number.
The phone was delivered about an hour ago. Shortly after I received it I got a text message from T-Mobile with my tracking info as well. Funny.

Ordered mine on sunday at 9pm and It says due for delivery tomorrow. That is with regular ground shipping. Can't wait!
Spoke to CSR a few minutes ago, and although I'm eligible for the $199 discounted price, they won't ship to me here in California until the 11th Feb, and the 4 payment option is not available over the phone. I also need to re-up for another 2 years. I wonder if TMO will offer a better deal on the 11th?
i got 2 texts from tmobile 1 saying thats for upgrading and the other says your phone order/exchange has been recieved and processed hopefully i get it soon !
I'm on a corporate discount plan and the CSR acted surprised that it's not available yet on the website when I told her. I put an order through for 2 of them (seperate family plan lines) and they're out for delivery today already (took 2 days for UPS ground shipping.. being in NYC has it's benefits sometimes)

Must be shipping out of multiple locations. Mine shipped out of Louisville, KY. I see others shipped from Secaucus NJ, La Grange GA, and I think I've seen other locations listed. Right now, mine has been sitting in Houston since 6:34 pm last night so looks like it is going to arrive as scheduled tomorrow. At least it's not in the ice/snow belt -- I have a package from Amazon that was supposed to be delivered today but got notice of delay due to "ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS". It's sitting in Louisville -- I don't know if the adverse weather is there or somewhere else. So, if you ordered your BB, you may want to check the UPS site to be sure it's not sitting somewhere due to the weather.
i missed my damn delivery today i called and arranged for a pickup later on today or tonight..........i dont want to wait until tomorrow !
Since ure also in Miami, I assume your phone would be shipping from the same distribution center as mine. Where is your phone coming from? How long did it take to get to Miami?
