Default Missing EMAILS

Please Login to Remove!

I have wiped the handheld and reloaded it twice (8330) but when I do, it shows only the emails from that moment on. I need all the emails that are in the end users mailbox. Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

You can't have them all, unless you have a backup.
During activation, you can prepopulate the number of messages that appear.
Have a look at kb article 11632

Are you on a BES?

You can pre-populate up to 14 days depending on how the server is set. You will need to remove and re-add the user on the server for this to take place.

Also, if the BES is 4.1.5 or higher and the device is on OS 4.5 or higher, the user can do a remote lookup for mail that isn't on the device.

Default Not working for me..

Hi All,

I'm experiencing the same issue even the blackberry settings on the server are correct after referring to the blackberry technote.

I have removed the user and re-added and still emails from the moment on are been received.

Any ideas?

Much appreciated.

John.
