it would be nice to have, but until RIM releases said tool, i wouldn't trust someone else's handy work unless they were a reputable developer. and even then, i think it should be given away free of charge. just my opinion.

I would be interested and would pay a small fee but not a huge amount as in the end it would only really be changing the icons and banner since the picture can be done yourself anyway on all the new devices.
it would be more than just changing the icons and banner....look at the banner section of the T-Mobile theme and the default theme on the 7100. Notice how everything is shifted around. What about the possibility of changing popup's, menu backgrounds, fonts, etc. I think if someone could/did do this I'd probably toss in a couple bux for it.
