Default Battery too low for Radio use

Please Login to Remove!

what the hell is this about? my friend just stopped over while i was sleeping. i heard the doorbell but couldnt get to the door in time. friend is leaving and i try to call, phone is dead. i plug it in and i get "radio too low for battery use". ive waited TWENTY minutes now and its still not charged enough to make a call!! this is very lame, what if it was an emergency? my old phone would run without the battery if the phone was plugged in.

This same thing happens on my 7130e. It usually doesnt take 20 min for the power to come back up to a level where i can use it while charging. Mine usually takes about 5 min. Not sure why the BBs do this (at least mine do) but it has been a minor annoyance periodically (like when I get dropped from a call then, try to dial back on while being plugged in)

Its because of how far the BBs discharge the the lithium cells. Most charge circuitry does a fast charge deal if the cells are at a certain point then goes to its standard charge sequence
