Is it possible to sync a users password from AD to their BB or can we use some form of LDAP directory?

This is not possible AFAIK.

Not possible but why would you want to? If AD has complexity rules set, your users are going to curse you every time they have to combine capitals/numbers etc. Your support desk will be flooded with "I cannot enter my password" calls

Thanks both, this is exactly the answer I need to here! I agree totally Brendan, it would be a nightmare for the support desk but I got asked the question so it needed an answer.
