Is there a way to backup the info of the users in BES 4.1 so that i can restore them on another server?

What are you trying to do?
Did your BES or mail server crash?

Dear Sir,
thank you for your reply. I have BES 4.1 with exchange 2003. My BES server has problem and it crashes from time to time. I installed a backup server and need to backup the users info and restore them on the new server. is that possible?

Are they sharing the same database?

If no then transfering them will not be seemless.

There is a knife edge cutover you can do, but if you have database corruption then you might have issues doing that. RIM might be able to clear it up and you can sign up for a free support call.
