Hi,

Does anyone know how to fix the internet settings for my blackberry bold 9700?

It will only let me access facebook. I am unable to access any websites through the phone.

Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to the forums.

So what happens when you click on the Browser icon? Do you get an error message? How exactly are you accessing FB?

I can't access anything through the browser.

The only way I can access facebook is through the history.

When I type in an address I get an error message:

"a communication failure has occurred. The server may be busy, if the problem persists then contact your service provider".

We have done this to no avail.

Perhaps T-Mobile is having an issue. Has it ever worked properly?

On a side note, why do people go so long with a problem?
