I've found that some applications are not working on the 8900. What has everybody else found? What works and what doesn't?

Works:
The Hockey News
Canadian Business
Opera Mini (buggy)
Google Maps
Google Mobile Apps

Doesn't work:
Live Search
NFL Live

If you have any tricks for getting programs to work please share them.

I'm waiting for new release for Yahoo Go!.

Works:
Worldmate Live - blank dead space at the bottom (40 extra pixels than the Bold.)
Windows Live Messenger - OTA download from blackberry.com

WeatherEye from theweathernetwork.com seems to work
Amaze GPS works wonderfully with mine, a bit slow to start but good once done loading

Doesn't work for me:
vlingo - can't get past a certain step (asks to hold the button down in the setup, won't work)

I ran into this problem too, it seems that vlingo doesn't set the correct permissions. After you have it installed, goto System > Options > Advanced Options > Applications > select vlingo > edit permissions > change 'Interactions' to 'Allow' all

Then go back to vlingo setup and it will correctly work and allow for voice input and recognition.


This also seems to be the problem with Live Search.. If you go and change the Interactions to Allow all as well, voice recognition works.
