One SERIOUS problem thus far

No option to tell the phone NEVER to sleep when on AC power (do not kill the screen, do not go to sleep)

The phone IGNORES calls by converted android Apps (and native ones if they are backgrounded!), whether sideloaded or not, to NOT SLEEP.
This screws a few high-impact applications badly (think Streaming Media!) and needs an immediate fix. The simplest would be to allow a "NEVER" option in the device settings for sleep if plugged into a charger. Better would be to honor the "NEVER SLEEP" API call for both native AND Android apps, irrespective of whether "on top" or not, if they're open and running (this would allow you to control whether it's always or only for "on top" by using the "showcase" option.)
This is also a problem on the Playbook and has been griped about since the Playbook showed up on Blackberry's official firms BUT HAS NOT BEEN FIXED.
This is a big deal and Heins needs to whack his engineers over the head as the simple way to fix it (allowing a "never sleep" when on charge) is a literal 30 second change in the phone firmware.
