I am away from my desk with my workstation locked.

A user trys to send am IM to me from their workstation see this...



I can start IM conversations no problem. I can get IM on my blackberry if I am at my desk logged onto my workstation.

Any ideas why?

Have not tried that. Sorry for the long time before answering. I was dealing with another issue (Devices with 4.3 or older software are unable to open .wav attachments after migration to BES5.0). I will try it and get back to you.

Best to upgrade them to 4.5 if possible.
