Upgrade app programmatically

Hi All,

I need to upgrade application to latest version programmatically.
I used the sample app to install and upgrade. Attached sample src for it.

But It's just installing app as another one app. But not upgrading already existing one. So finally I have two apps for different version in device.

Pls help
