.190 definitely does not like roaming. had to downgrade when i landed in the UK, it would reboot the instant it tried attaching to the network.

Not loving the threaded sms feature, it's hard to find messages and is all jammed together! Might down-grade...

Wirelessly posted (Bold 9000)

More bugs with 190,
You can't update a calander event with a conference call number, it won't let you save.
Viigo won't let you scroll down when there are images in the rss feed.
No charging from cradle.
Won't play from one track to another in the media player.

Upgraded to 5.0.0.190 and like so far, especially now that Facebook was updated to be 5.0 compliant. My only problem is the myFaves interface doesn't work. Do I need to get the modules from my old os for it to work, or is it just flat out incompatible with OS5 at the moment?

I believe BBM5 doesn't work on .190 from what I've read.. I've been sitting on the fence for the past couple of days because I don't want to go back to BBM4, and it seems there are some issues with Viigo as well (which I use on a daily basis).

Anyone using Socialscope with 5.0? If so, does it work pretty good?

Yes -- BBM 4.7.0 is, as a matter of fact, the version embedded in this release, and it works quite well (at least on my 8900!).

I was able to get the latest release of Facebook downloaded and working on .190 yesterday.

Here's more info, with the post including an OTA link:
Facebook Version 1.6.0.22 Launches Bringing OS 5.0 Compatibility! | CrackBerry.com

I downloaded it by going to m.facebook.com and scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on "Download Facebook for your Bold!"

This is a really nice feature to have again. I had SocialScope Lite but it was a serious battery drain. An official FB app is nice.

I downloaded 9000AllLang_PBr5.0.0_rel285_PL5.2.0.11_A5.0.0.190. exe but when I check on "About" and "Applications", everything still says 4.XXX.

I deleted the vendor.xml file.. Did I do something wrong? =[

Maybe I downloaded the wrong thing?

If someone could be so kind to post a link they have used I would appreciate it so much.

Ok after 24 hours here are my issues.

-myFaves interface isn't present. Tried to resend it from tmobile site w/o success. EDIT: I changed my theme and back to the tmobile theme and the interface popped up without my fave selections. Rebooting to see if it stays and my contacts are selected as faves. EDIT2: It didn't stick. Unclear why it popped up and now it's gone.

-Facebook has communication errors. Says that a data service isn't present where I have full UMA service on my wifi network. Maybe there are problems with facebook's servers??

-Voice mail icon is still present after checking messages. My voice mail box is empty and there is no way for me to clear it.

What exactly is the browser fix? After updating my wifes device she now has no "Internet" browser. Tried resending Service Books, Battery Pulls and Host Routing Table registration...
