You don't have to pull the battery. Just go to connections, turn the wifi off and then turn it back on, and it will fix the problem. It is damn annoying though. It keeps dropping out all the time.

I've just started noticing that while on a phone call with UMA that the audio cuts in and out. It ends up cutting out altogether. The call doesn't drop but the sound sure does. Anyone else see this?

I've noticed I sometimes have to touch a link on a web site several times to get it to work. I can click the pointer on it and it works first try. Annoying!

I also lost all my icons on the home screen had to do a battery pull to get them back. That has never happened before.

I didn't think that Bell had the UMA function and that it was only a available through Rogers. Is there a way to get it to work on Telus if so? If not all good but would be a nice thing to be able to dial through a wifi connection whenever possible.

For this version to improve the battery life did you guys have to wipe the phones? Or did you just do a str8 upgrade???

In my case, I never wipe. Simply apply the upgrade.

I just do the normal upgrade thing. I've always assumed it normally wiped the device automatically, I guess I was wrong?

Sorry if I was not clear. I had the same thing happen but during a regular call. It did not happen before in previous os releases. No UMA calling on Bell.

All good..

I just wanted to make sure I was not wrong with the UMA function. Like I stated I think that it would be a great thing for Telus and Bell to get that function up and running in the future..

I have been using .337 (from .246) for a few days now and can echo that battery life is improved.
Still have the "dancing icon" issue on reboot. Two or three rows of mostly social networking icons appear at the beginning and I have to move them back into my instant messaging folder.
Only negative so far is that occasionally I have to tap the screen muntiple times to get a reaction.

Ok, since the upgrade to this version OS, I've had a serious lag while flipping through my pictures. I get to scroll through about 4 or 5 and then it just sits there for up to 3 seconds before revealing the next picture.

Anyone else have this issue?

I am experiencing issue with the browser. When clicking on link from fb or BerryReader, the app would freeze and browser would not work until I do a battery pull. Any solutions?
