I have a Bold 2 (9700) BB and having issues with the Email. The Email Setup no longer responds. Once I select "Email Accounts" it no longer opens for me to see the "Internet Mail Account" section.
Don't update just the Setup app. Update your entire OS through Desktop Manager or AppLoader (found within DM). I (and many others) tried the wireless update of the Setup app and it caused havoc. In the end I had to do a wipe/reload through DM anyway.
