This is really REALLY annoying me.... anyone figured out if we can rid of the damn menus and just keep one of them.

I believe you need OS 7 (not available on the 9800) to have that functionality.

There may be an alternate theme you can try to achieve similar results.

I believe (I think) that there are OS 6 themes that are devoid of the tab screens.

well, correct MY issue I should say My issue of not being able to pick if I want a fav, media< frequent folder.

I did JUST now solved it by downloading a theme from pootermobile! Best part is that its free for limited time!

No. As penguin noted, that is not an option with OS 6. Doesn't matter what version.

Follow the instructions in the thread that NJBlackberry gave you. You don't need to use only your carrier's operating system.
