Bunch of questions. First of all it's a BB Pearl.

First. How do I transfer files to my blackberry via bluetooth? Tried sending a ton of stuff from my motorola phone, nothing worked, said it wasn't supported on my blackberry.

Is there MSN messenger for BB? If not is there a free alternate client? What would you suggest?

Can I block my number when making outgoing calls?

Is there a vibrate and ring at the same time option somehow?

Is there any way to enable video recording on the pearl?

Is there anyway to organize all of the games into a games folder in the applications menu?

How can I save/view/(maybe?)edit word, excel, PDF files?

Is there anyway I could download/watch videos off of my blackberrys internet?

And finally. I can't access hotmail. Some error always happens. Can I install anything to allow it?

Okay, well since your new to the Blackberry, I'll help you out a little...

1. I don't know much about the Motorola phones, so I can't help you out there.

2. You can download a messenger from handango.com

3. Generic phone commands, press *67 before the number you are dialing.

4. Menu/Options/Profiles/Advanced... Then highlight whatever profile you want to use and press Menu/Edit/Phone. Where it says 'out of holster' select what option you want. You can do the same for 'In Holster' as well.

5. The Pearl does not support video recording.

6. You can organize the order of the menu, but you cannot create folders.

7. There are many document viewing/editing apps out there. check handango.com

8. You can't download video from the browser because you have to convert it for the blackberry first. Search for video converting for blackberry on this forum.

9. Not sure why hotmail is not working. Try calling t-mobile tech support.
