Hi

What is the most effective method for removing a specific software config from all users? I have 300 devices that need this procedure done. I'm tried removing the config from all users in the manage multiple users option but they are reporting that they are unable to delete the app because it is a "Core App". The IT policy has no restrictions that would stop a user form doing so.

Any help would the appreciated

You can create a software config that doesn't contain any application and denies unlisted applications. This will delete any apps that are not part of the OS.

How have you pushed the Apps to the users, as "required"? If so, they can't uninstall them themselves.

Which app are you trying to remove? Perhaps it is a core app.

Manually, if your application policy permits its removal.
