Not sure if I should have posted this in the BESadmin section.
Anyway here goes...
BES (v5) crashed....reinstalled on new server with new database....reactivated one device but on BES gets "IT Policy: error"
In the past I've always just wiped the devices and reactivated as per following link:
KB11508 - View Document
...but I just wondered whether there has been any changes so this doesn't have to be done as there are about 100 users on this BES....
(Unfortunately this happened before they had managed to install another BES and take advantage of HA)
