Default BES trial 5.0

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all,
I am new in BES and we are trying to setup BES 5.0 for Microsoft Exchange.
During the installation the section where you input the trial SRP ID and SRP authentication ID are grayed out. The only information we are able to put in is the CAL Authentication key.

When the installation is completed. The setup never asked for the Exchange mailbox setup.

Finally, when launching the administration service we can login (we use the admin login becauase the LDAP always gave us problems), but we cannot add any user from Active Directory.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like there has been an install done previously.

If it's a fresh install then start everything fresh again as per the installation documentation. including a new service account and different DB name, i.e. besmgmt2 for example.

If it's an upgrade then this is normal.

More details in OP would be a good idea.

It is a brand new installation of the BES 5.0. We do not have any other BES on our company.
Also in the first screen The option regarding ENTERPRISE SERVER is grayed out.

Help!
